Menu

Every event is different, as we surprise our guests with traditional Filipino dishes. Take a look at our sample menu from our previous event with Cookpad Japan.

Chocnut Cake Ganache
Chocnut is a peanut bar popular which reminds every Filipino of their childhood days. It's a simple concoction of peanuts, milk, cane sugar and cocoa. We made a Chocnut cake and it was amazing!

Seafood Kare-Kare
Kare Kare is a traditional Filipino stew complemented with a thick savory peanut sauce but this time we did a seafood version!

Lechon Kawali
Sorry to the other dishes but Lechon Kawali was the darling of the night. Our guests enjoyed the crispy, flarvorful, deep-fried pork. The flavor can only be achieved by boiling it for hours in spices before frying it.

Steamed Tilapia
Steamed Tilapia is one of the popular home dishes in the Philippines
